We are looking forward to a successful and happy year, full of enjoyable learning! 

Topics for the term

During our settling-in period, the children will familiarise themselves with the school building, staff, their new classmates and the rules and routines which help us to learn, have fun and stay safe.

Following this, our topic will then be 'All things bright and beautiful'. We will be learning about colours, animals- their habitats and adaptations, the creation story and weather. 

Some useful information

📘Year 1 & 2 homework folders are sent home on a Monday and they should be returned into school on a Friday.📘We enjoy P.E. every Monday and Thursday afternoon. Children should come to school in their P.E. clothes.

This term we are learning how to jump.

Our school has fantastic outdoor grounds, we enjoy outdoor play on a Wednesday. 🚲🏠⚽🏏

On a Friday we celebrate our Star of the Week ⭐️
