Action Mental Health - Healthy Me for Parents and Carers

Our school works closely with Action Mental Health and they would like us to share these free parent sessions with our parents:   As part of the Our Generation project in Action Mental Health we offer parents and carers sessions, which complement the children's learning on the Healthy Me primary school programmes and can also be a great stand alone session. The beginning of the new school year is great timing for this session as the transition from summer to school is a change in routine for everybody, particularly with children moving from one school year to another. Information on the topics covered can be found on the flyers attached for each session.    In September, Action Mental Health will be running Healthy Me parents and carers sessions on 12th September 2022.
