Year 1/2 have been very busy learning about the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. They had great fun using finger paints to design a colourful Queen’s head. The boys and girls were busy writing diamanté/diamond poems. A diamante poem, or diamond poem, is a style of poetry that is made up of seven lines. The text forms the shape of a diamond.
