Today during outdoor play some boys and girls were trying very hard to practise their balancing skills. You can see they are using their arms to help them to balance and try not to wobble off the walking beams. Well done boys and girls!
We have attached two flowcharts sent to us by the Department of Health that may be useful for parents. You can use these if you are unsure about which test to carry out or if you are a close contact to someone who has tested positive for Covid19.

This week we have been encouraging the children to practise zipping up their own coats. Some children have been very determined and have been practising lots at home. Well done to these boys and girls and they were very proud when they received a certificate in assembly this morning. Keep trying hard everyone! 👍

For attention of pupils in Year 6 and Year 7. Tomorrow night (Thursday 6th January) at 7.30pm you can join in Foyle College Open Evening virtually by scanning the QR code on the attched flyer. You can also join through the Foyle College website or Facebook page.
Spar Artigarvan asked if we would like to participate in a whole school colouring competition. Our children really enjoyed taking part and their final masterpieces were judged by Canon Judith McGaffin from the village.

We have just had our Christmas draw...please find attached the list of winners. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity - we were able to produce 13 beautiful hampers and raise £708 for our school. A huge well done to all our winners! Please collect your hampers at school before 3pm on Tuesday 21st December.
