Each week Mrs Harper will choose a pupil who has shown kindness throughout the week at school to receive her special kindess award. We have so many kind pupils in Artigarvan Primary School! This week the award goes to Amelia and Alesha. Well done and keep being kind...it doesn't go unnoticed.

We had a super day today for World Book Day. All of the boys and girls and staff made a fantastic effort with their costumes. We had lots of wonderful characters from famous books. We also watched and listened to the story called “where’s Spot?” This story included Makaton signs and was read by one of the ladies from Singing Hands on YouTube.
We really enjoyed this and afterwards Mrs Preston read us one of her favourite stories, ‘The Hungry Caterpillar.’

we had lots of fun celebrating World Book Day today!!! 📚📚📚

As it is World Book Day tomorrow we have had different book related activities happening in school this week. Today we mixed up all our classes and the older pupils read books to our younger pupils. This was such a lovely little time for pupils of all ages in our school.
